Nordic Rack and Office Oy is the seller in the web shop. Products are sold to customers of legal age in the European Union. Inquiries related to international sales outside of the European Union, contact us at info@nordicrackandoffice.com. All the listed prices include VAT 24%.

We reserve the right to change prices and postage.


Products are ordered online at www.nordicrackandoffice.fi via the online shop. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products.

To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order and to check their e-mail.

Order confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation includes the order number, the ordered items / services and the quantity and the date of the order, as well as the total amount of the invoice.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Invoice – Klarna: With the invoice, you pay easily and securely when the goods are first at your home. The payment period is 14 days. A reminder fee in accordance with the applicable legislation will be charged for the payment reminder, starting at € 5 and interest on arrears in accordance with the Interest Act in force at the time (reference rate plus 7% additional interest). Credit information is checked before the loan is granted and delivery is made only to the address provided in the borrower’s population register. Billing surcharge € 2.99. Divide your payment into installments – Klarna Account: You can pay for your order in installments using the Klarna Installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna’s installment, Klarna Oy will automatically open an account for you in connection with the first order. You can shorten your account in either monthly installments of your choice (however, at least 8.95€ or 1/24 of your invoice, whichever is greater). All purchases you make with a Klarna installment are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even if you pay with a Klarna installment when you shop in other online stores. So you only get one invoice per month, with only one billing surcharge, regardless of the order quantity. Once you have paid the balance of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically. To approve your purchase, you will be asked in the shopping cart for your personal identity number, your address and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision to accept your order immediately after confirming the order. When you pay with Klarna for the first time, you will be sent an account agreement via post, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy. first time, PayPal stores and protects your credit card details, so you don’t need to enter the details each time you make a purchase. You don’t need to have money in your PayPal account to make a purchase, as you can link a payment card to your account. Pyments are made in the same way whether you have linked a card to your PayPal account or transferred money to it. The user confirms each payment using an email address and password. Whether you pay by a card linked to your PayPal account or use your PayPal balance, paying by PayPal is free.

Please be noted, that when paying with PayPal, your delivery address must be the same as the address you have registered with PayPal.

Delivery time

We post products on weekdays. Order processing time, depending on bank connections, is mainly 1-4 business days from the payment of the invoice or the check-in of the payment. Some products may be ordered and their delivery time will be shown when ordering and in the order confirmation. Deviating delivery times are also announced on the product’s page. Delivery time for order products may be 4-6 weeks.

Delays due to freight forwarders are possible and we cannot influence their operations.

However, our customer service will help and we will always do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Shipping costs include postage, freight and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart.

In large packages such as fitness equipment, a product-specific freight surcharge is added to the shipping costs due to the large weight or size of the package. Freight surcharge and actual postage can be seen at the shopping cart.

Orders are delivered by Matkahuolto or Posti. * Delivery to special areas may be subject to a separate surcharge. Such as Suomenlinna for instance. To find out if there is special pricing in your area, please contact our customer service.

NOTE! Large furniture and exercise equipment will be delivered to the customer’s yard where the delivery truck can be driven.

The equipment is delivered in parts.

If you choose PICKUP as the delivery method, you will be notified by e-mail when the product is ready to be picked up from our store.

Overseas deliveries

Please contact our customer service info@nordicrackandoffice.fi and we will view deliveries on a case-by-case basis.

Problem situations during transport and for defective products

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@nordicrackandoffice.fi .

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the delivery company immediately.

Nordic Rack and Office Oy is not responsible for fitness equipment damaged during transport. Complaints are made on a case-by-case basis between the manufacturer.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires after 14 days. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous manner (for example, by letter, telephone, or email).

You can use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation.

We will process the refund by bank transfer at no cost to you. An IBAN account number is always required for returns and cancellations.

Right of return

We serve all our customers as required by the Consumer Protection Act and therefore the products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. Refunds are free of charge for the customer (see exceptions). If you want to return the product, notify us by e-mail to info@nordicrackandoffice.fi and include the following information: your name, address and telephone number, your bank account number and a copy of the Nordirackandoffice.fi order confirmation

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the returned product must be unused. In order to retain the right of withdrawal, the consumer must keep the goods substantially unchanged or indelible – however, the product can be tried / adapted.

If the product is used, the right to return it expires. As a general rule, you can try / adapt the product as you would in a shop. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging.

The right to return only applies to consumer customers (not companies or associations).


According to the Consumer Agency’s instructions, the return costs for large products such as fitness centers and bars are the customer’s responsibility, as these products cannot normally be returned by post.
